Dr. Weston Frandsen, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Weston Frandsen joined Pheasant Cove Dental in April 2025 and then purchased it a few months later, bringing a passion for comprehensive dentistry and a commitment to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Southern Utah University before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Roseman University College of Dental Medicine. He went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Nellis Air Force Base, where he expanded his skills across a wide variety of dental procedures, including IV sedation.
Dr. Frandsen enjoys the fast-paced nature of dentistry and the opportunity to provide a wide range of treatments. After his own experience as a teenager, knocking out several teeth and spending significant time in the dental chair, he developed a deep appreciation for the profession and the confidence that quality dental care can restore. He especially values the positive atmosphere at Pheasant Cove Dental, where the team works together toward a shared goal of providing exceptional patient care.
Outside the office, Dr. Frandsen enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and riding Morgan horses in the backcountry. He also carries on a family tradition of breeding and training Morgan horses that began with his grandfather in the 1950s. A proud Air Force veteran, he also speaks Bulgarian, a skill that often surprises those who meet him.
Jill
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jill has been helping patients achieve healthier smiles since graduating from the Idaho State University Dental Hygiene Program in 2001. With more than 25 years of experience in dental hygiene, including 20 years serving the Magic Valley community and the past 10 years at Pheasant Cove Dental, she is passionate about providing exceptional preventive care and building lasting relationships with her patients.
As a registered dental hygienist, Jill enjoys cleaning teeth, evaluating and treating periodontal disease, and educating patients about the importance of oral health and prevention. Her favorite part of the job, however, is getting to know the people she cares for. She values the trust her patients place in her and loves helping them feel comfortable as they work toward healthier smiles. She also appreciates being part of the supportive and fun-loving team at Pheasant Cove Dental.
Dentistry has always been a part of Jill’s life. Inspired by her grandfather, a dentist, and her mother, a dental assistant, she found her calling in dental hygiene and has never looked back.
Outside the office, Jill enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and kayaking. She also has a love for music and enjoys singing with her family while playing both the piano and cello.
A fun fact about Jill is that she is the youngest of ten children!
Holly
Registered Dental Hygienist
Holly is a registered dental hygienist at Pheasant Cove Dental who is passionate about helping patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall wellness. A graduate of the College of Southern Idaho Dental Hygiene program, Holly combines years of experience with a caring, patient-centered approach that helps every visit feel comfortable and educational.
Holly began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 1996 and joined Pheasant Cove Dental as a registered dental hygienist in 2020. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a desire to help people improve their oral health and gain confidence in their smiles. She believes that a healthy mouth is an important part of a healthy body and enjoys working alongside her team to provide comprehensive care that benefits patients in every aspect of their health.
One of Holly’s favorite parts of her job is collaborating with fellow dental professionals to create positive experiences and lasting relationships with patients. She enjoys educating patients about preventive care and empowering them to take an active role in their oral health.
Outside the office, Holly enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, baking sweet treats, and water-skiing. Her warm personality, experience, and dedication to patient care make her a valued member of the Pheasant Cove Dental team.
Christina
Dental Hygienist
Christina joined the Pheasant Cove Dental team in 2024, bringing years of experience and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthier smiles. A graduate of the Utah College of Dental Hygiene in Orem, Utah, Christina began her dental hygiene career in 2009 and practiced for eight years before taking time away from the profession to focus on raising her children. Today, she is excited to be back in dentistry, combining her clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach to care.
As a dental hygienist, Christina is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their oral health. She believes that trust is built through compassion, education, and gentle care, and she strives to create positive dental experiences that help patients feel at ease during every visit. She also values being part of a supportive team, knowing that a strong, collaborative workplace contributes to an exceptional patient experience.
One of Christina's favorite aspects of working at Pheasant Cove Dental is the opportunity to connect with members of the Magic Valley community. She appreciates the relationships she has built with patients and enjoys working alongside a team that genuinely supports and encourages one another.
Outside the office, Christina enjoys reading, playing the piano, exercising, boating in the summer, and skiing in the winter. She also teaches piano lessons and has a lifelong love of music.
A fun fact about Christina: she grew up in Preston, Idaho, and appeared as an extra in the cult-classic film Napoleon Dynamite.
Jill Nebeker
Dental Hygienist
Jill has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles for more than 25 years. After beginning her dental career as a dental assistant in 1992, she discovered a passion for patient care that inspired her to become a dental hygienist. Jill has been practicing dental hygiene since 2000 and joined the Pheasant Cove Dental team in 2010.
Jill earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from Salt Lake Community College, an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Sheridan College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming. She is committed to providing exceptional care by educating patients about their individual oral health needs while performing preventive and periodontal treatments, including cleanings, scaling and root planing, dental x-rays, and polishing.
What Jill enjoys most about her work is building lasting relationships with her patients and seeing their oral health improve over time. She believes every patient deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity, and she takes pride in helping them feel informed and confident in their dental care. She also values the strong teamwork at Pheasant Cove Dental, where the entire staff works together to provide the highest quality care.
Outside the office, Jill enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, and taking long walks. She also loves reading historical fiction and mystery novels. A four-time Spudman Triathlon finisher, Jill also enjoys practicing target shooting at the range in her free time.
Shelly
Dental Hygienist
Shelly has been a dedicated dental hygienist at Pheasant Cove Dental since August 2003. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University in 2003 and has spent more than two decades helping patients achieve healthier smiles through gentle, thorough, and trustworthy care. Shelly is passionate about educating patients so they can become active advocates for their oral health, building confidence in their smiles while supporting lifelong wellness.
Growing up with a mother who loved her career as a dental assistant, Shelly was introduced to the dental field at an early age. After completing a high school internship in dentistry, she knew it was the perfect career path for her. Following graduation, she returned to the Magic Valley, where she found her professional home at Pheasant Cove Dental.
One of Shelly's favorite parts of her work is the relationships she has built over the years. She treasures the lasting connections with her patients and values the close-knit friendships she has developed with her teammates, whom she considers family after more than 23 years together.
Outside the office, Shelly enjoys getting lost in a good book, exploring the outdoors, training at the gym, and spending quality time with friends and family. She also has a passion for fitness and nutrition and holds a certification in sports nutrition. Her newest adventure? Becoming a certified scuba diver and looking forward to exploring the underwater world.
Raegan
Certified Dental Assistant
Raegan is a certified dental assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive experience for every person who visits Pheasant Cove Dental. Her responsibilities include chairside assisting, patient education, infection control, sterilization, and supporting her teammates wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly. She believes that teamwork and compassion are key to helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
Raegan's connection to Pheasant Cove Dental goes back to 1999, when she completed her senior work-release program at the practice while attending high school. After continuing her education at the College of Southern Idaho, she worked in dentistry in Boise while raising her family before returning to Pheasant Cove Dental in 2024. She was thrilled to rejoin the practice that first sparked her love for dentistry and feels fortunate to work alongside such a knowledgeable and supportive team.
One of Raegan's favorite parts of her job is building lasting relationships with patients and their families, many of whom she has known for years. She enjoys being part of a hometown practice where patients are treated like friends and neighbors.
When she's not at the office, Raegan enjoys hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, skiing, volleyball, and pickleball. She also jokes that every hike somehow turns into an extra mile of adventure. A fun fact: she shares her birthday with both her oldest daughter and her nephew, exactly 30 years apart.
Griselda
Dental Assistant
Griselda has been a valued member of the Pheasant Cove Dental team since 2005. As a dental assistant, she plays an important role in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental visits. Her responsibilities include reviewing treatment plans with patients, taking digital x-rays and intraoral photographs, assisting the doctor during procedures such as fillings, crowns, and sedation dentistry, and overseeing the practice's sterilization processes. She also serves as a translator for Spanish-speaking patients, helping ensure clear communication and a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Griselda began her career in dentistry by assisting with sterilization and translation services. Through on-the-job training and coursework in the College of Southern Idaho's Dental Assisting Fundamentals program, she discovered a passion for patient care and advanced into a dental assisting role. She especially enjoys building relationships with patients and appreciates the welcoming, family-like atmosphere among the Pheasant Cove Dental team. Many of the practice's patients have been visiting for years, and she values the opportunity to be part of their ongoing dental health journey.
Outside the office, Griselda enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks, attending concerts with friends, and reading. She also loves baking traditional Mexican foods and treats for family gatherings. While she enjoys staying active and social, she equally values quiet moments and personal time to relax and recharge.
Heather
Office Manager
Heather serves as the office manager at Pheasant Cove Dental, overseeing the practice's day-to-day financial operations and serving as both the treatment plan and insurance coordinator. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their dental journey by providing clear guidance on treatment recommendations, insurance benefits, and financial expectations.
Heather studied at the College of Southern Idaho and began her career in dentistry in 2001 at Pheasant Cove Dental. After spending several years working in other practices while relocating with her family, she returned to Pheasant Cove in 2016, a homecoming that felt like coming full circle. Inspired to enter dentistry by her brother-in-law, a dentist who offered her first position, Heather has never looked back.
What Heather enjoys most about her role is building genuine relationships with patients and helping them feel cared for not only clinically but also emotionally and financially. Outside the office, her family is the center of her world, and she loves spending time with her husband and children, especially at their family property in Island Park.
A fun fact about Heather is that she and her husband once owned a skincare and home fragrance company and were finalists for the television show Shark Tank before family circumstances changed their plans.
Larae
Front Desk Receptionist
Larae is a valued member of the front desk team at Pheasant Cove Dental, where she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and stress-free experience for every patient. From answering questions and coordinating schedules to assisting with treatment plans, Larae enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door. She also works behind the scenes to keep the office organized, allowing the team to focus on providing exceptional patient care.
Larae earned her degree in Business Management from BYU-Idaho, where she developed the communication, customer service, and organizational skills that serve her well in her role. She joined Pheasant Cove Dental in 2025 after discovering a passion for helping people navigate healthcare with confidence while being part of a team dedicated to improving patients' health and smiles.
One of Larae’s favorite aspects of her job is building lasting relationships with patients and working alongside a team that genuinely enjoys supporting one another. Outside the office, she stays active through community service, nonprofit projects, traveling, reading, and exploring Idaho’s beautiful outdoors. She also helps lead the Magic Valley 9/11 Memorial, an organization that honors those affected by 9/11 while supporting veterans, military members, first responders, and their families.
A fun fact about Larae is that she has helped coordinate events featuring one of the largest flying American flags in the country, suspended over the Snake River Canyon in Twin Falls.
Vinceena
Receptionist
Vinceena joined Pheasant Cove Dental in 2025 and serves as one of the friendly faces who welcome patients as they arrive. As a front desk receptionist, she enjoys creating a positive experience from the very first interaction, whether she’s scheduling appointments, answering questions about insurance and financial arrangements, processing payments, or helping keep the office running smoothly. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels comfortable, valued, and cared for.
Before joining the dental field, Vinceena completed Certified Nursing Assistant coursework at the College of Southern Idaho and worked in healthcare before spending 13 years as a front desk receptionist in a dermatology practice. Her experience in patient care and medical administration has given her exceptional organizational skills and a passion for helping others.
Vinceena loves getting to know patients and building meaningful connections within the community. She enjoys hearing people’s stories and making every visit a welcoming one.
Outside the office, Vinceena enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and exploring nature, as well as expressing her creativity through arts and crafts. She also enjoys making handcrafted candles and experimenting with custom scent blends.
A fun fact about Vinceena is that she participates in podcast-style conversations with people from around the world, where she enjoys learning about different cultures and perspectives while sharing meaningful discussions.
